So I’ve been listening to this song rather frequently recently, and I only just today watched the music video, which I think is completely brilliant.  Brandon Boyd has always been my vocal envy; his ability to naturally hit every note in key as if he has a built-in note-corrector is unbelievable.  And what I really love is that he still has this natural, organic sound to his voice as opposed to a staged-sounding pop voice that dances like another instrument.  It sounds like there’s an actual human who actually talks to people in there.
